UFO site Third Phase of the Moon picked up shaky footage from West Central Georgia shot on Halloween night on Halloween night 2012.

The shooter admitted to feeling pretty spooked out by the phenomenon, which apparently accounts for the vibrating camera.

It’s a distant white light that seems to be falling. At the end of the short clip, a second light joins in the fun.
