Exorcism is the religious or spiritual practice of purportedly evicting demons or other spiritual entities from a person or an area they are believed to have possessed.

We have all heard stories about exorcisms, and most probably seen the Hollywood films about possession. Are they real? Or is it a load of hocus-pocus? Have you ever wondered what happens during an actual Exorcism? Is it just a case of informing the Church that you think some-one is possessed or is there more to it? Is the person possessed or is there a more practical explanation like mental health issues?

We all may think we no what to do in such circumstances but do we really? Have a listen to the below interview with Father Jack Ashcraft, a renowned Catholic Priest and Exorcist with up to 20 exorcisms under his belt. It’s an interesting and terrifying listen – where Father Ashcraft has a warning for those who may be susceptible to possession.

In our modern world, exorcism may seem like a quaint throwback to a different age, but is it? If you’d like to find out more about exorcism, there’s more about Father Jack’s work here.

Where is Father Jack Ashcraft? I haven’t heard any interviews with radio host in quite some time. I enjoy listening to his commentary on the Bible and the evil that he faces in this world. I’m concerned about him and his safety. I have also looked everywhere for a copy of his book The Black Sun Agenda, and cannot find it anywhere. I would be glad to pay for a copy. Please let us know that he is alive and ok.
    Thank you,
    Shelley
