Are we alone in the universe? It’s a big place so the chances are surely in favour of someone being out there. But it’s just so damn big that finding them (or them us) is a task of mind-boggling proportions. The idea has fascinated mankind throughout our history and still does today. TV Astronomer In Alien Cover-Up Claim
The late Sir Patrick Moore was the face of space on British TV screens for decades. Now an alien researcher says footage of UFOs was edited out of a 1965 report from Warminster in south-west England, a noted UFO hotspot. Sir Patrick was reporting on the “Warminster Thing”, apparent mass sightings of unexplained phenomena above the town. A local newspaper reporter, Arthur Shuttleood (also deceased) says a BBC crew filmed strange lights in the sky, but edited the footage to remove the images and play down the mystified reaction of the astronomer.
