Blue Lights Respond To Mystery Callers
Thames Valley Police, a UK law enforcement outfit, are getting a steady stream of ghost-busting calls.
Researchers using the Freedom of Information act quizzed the force, which is headquartered in the historic city of Oxford, about its supernatural calls. Ghosts, zombies and witches have all been on the minds of callers making emergency calls. One caller wanted the Bobbies to deal with a vampire in their lounge. Since 2010 Thames Valley Police has received 13 999 calls involving supernatural forces, including five so far in 2015. Slough is the most troubled town according to call logs. Werewolves or wizards were never reported said the force. A similar request to Lincolnshire Police revealed just three supernatural calls. Read more here.
