It’s time to take a peek into the sometimes bizarre and always fascinating world of cryptozoology.

If you’re not familiar with the word, you’re almost certainly aware of some of this area of study’s most famous subjects. Cryptozoology concerns itself with creatures that conventional science has lost, forgotten, hasn’t or won’t recognise – sometimes it’s nonsense, sometimes it’s ahead of the scientific game. Its stars are the likes of the Loch Ness Monster.
